CANCELLATION POLICY

 I understand things happen that may be out of your control, but please be courteous and contact me as soon as you know you'll be late or will need to reschedule your appointment. 


If you call outside of business hours or I am in a session and unavailable, please leave a voicemail, text me, or email me. 


Full payment will be required if the following conditions occur:

  1. Less than 2-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  2. No-show or missed appointments. No show appointments will also result in loss of online booking privileges

Arriving late for a service will result in a shortened appointment time and full payment of service booked will still be required.

  1. Do you take walk-in appointments? No. You must book an appointment. Walk-ins will not be accepted
  2. How soon should I arrive? Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time for your intake forms to be completed if you did not complete prior to arrival.
  3. What forms of payment do you accept?  Cash,Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and $CashApp.
  4. What if I wanted to book a massage for my child? I ask that  clients be 18 years of age or older
  5. Can I bring a friend or my spouse in the room with me? Each session is private, therefore no one else is allowed in the treatment room
  6. Do you offer outcall chair massages? Outcall chair massages are currently available for corporate and special events. Pricing is determined on travel and time. A minimum of 2 hours is required
  7. Do I have to be a patient of Freeman Chiropractic in order to be seen? No. Non patients can schedule an appointment
  8. Are you available on weekends? Yes, I am available 7 days a week by appointment only. Please call, text, or book online. No walk-ins will be accepted.
  9. Do you sell gift certificates? Yes, gift certificates are available online and in office
  10. Do you offer couples massages? No. Since I am the only massage therapist in the office, couples massages are currently unavailable.
  11. What is the difference between a Series and a Membership? A series is a group of massage services purchased at one time that do not expire once purchased. A membership is a subscription that is billed to your credit card once a month and allows for (1) massage of your choice per billed month.
  12. If I purchase a membership or series, can I use it at either of your locations? Yes. A massage credit will be added to your account to allow booking at either location. Please note: If you have not been to a location before, you will be required to fill out another intake form.
