Frequently Asked Questions


  1. What is your cancellation policy?   A notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 2 hours or No shows will be  required to pre-pay when booking next appointment. 
  2. What if I'm running late for my appointment? Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment time. Please give me a call or text if you're running late.
  3. Do you take walk in appointments? Walk ins are currently available for Freeman Chiropractic patients only. Non patients must schedule an appointment.
  4. How soon should I arrive? Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time for your intake forms to be completed if you did not complete prior to arrival.
  5. What forms of payment do you accept?  Cash,Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
  6. What if I wanted to book a massage for my child? I ask that  clients be 18 years of age or older
  7. Can I bring a friend or my spouse in the room with me? Each session is private, therefore no one else is allowed in the treatment room
  8. Do you offer outcall chair massages? Outcall chair massages are currently available for corporate and special events. Pricing is determined on travel and time. A minimum of 2 hours is required

  10. Do I have to be a patient of Freeman Chiropractic in order to be seen? No. Non patients can schedule an appointment
  11. Are you available on weekends? Yes, I am available 7 days a week by appointment only. Please call, text, or book online. No walk-ins please.
  12. Do you sell gift certificates? Yes, gift certificates are available online and in office.
