Pre-payment of services is required for ALL clients.
We understand things happen that may be out of your control, but please be courteous and contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule.
If you call outside of business hours or we are in a session, please leave a voicemail, text, or email.
No-show or missed appointments will result in loss of online booking privileges.
Arriving late for a service will result in a shortened appointment time at full, service price.
Massage Therapy Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you take walk-ins? NO. You must book an appointment. Prepayment of services are required.
- How soon should I arrive? Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time for your intake forms to be completed if you did not complete prior to arrival.
- What forms of payment do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, most HSA/FSA, Venmo, ApplePay, and $CashApp.
- What if I wanted to book a massage for my child? Clients must be 18 years of age or older
- Can I bring a friend or my spouse in the room with me? No. Each session is private, therefore no one else is allowed in the treatment room
- Do you offer chair massages for events? Yes. On-site chair and table massages are available for corporate events only. Please refer to our corporate events page.
- Do you offer mobile massage therapy services? No. Kesa will resume mobile and travel massage in 2026
- Do I have to be a patient of Freeman Chiropractic in order to be seen? No. Though we are located within Freeman Chiropractic, we do not work for the office, therefore, non-patients can schedule an appointment. You must contact us at our office number, 205-534-3524 and NOT the chiropractic office.
- Are you available on weekends? Yes. Appointments are currently accepted 7 days a week.
- Do you sell gift certificates? Yes, gift certificates are available online, please refer to our gift certificates tab to purchase. Gift certificates expire 6 months after purchase.
- Do you offer couples massages? No. Couples massages are currently unavailable.

My online booking platform for massage therapy appointments, now requires clients to sign up/sign in before seeing my availability.
This is a feature that is not of my control.
