Initial Correspondence: How you initiate contact is how I will reciprocate. This means, if you contact me via phone and leave a voicemail, I will return your call. If you text me, I will return your text. If you email me through this website or directly to my email address, I will email you back. Please note: Correspondence will only be returned during my normal business hours
Cancellation Policy: A 24 hour notice is required in order to cancel your appointment with no penalty. Any cancellations made the day of your appointment will result in losing your appointment credit. Please call, email, or text me as soon as you know you will need to cancel your appointment. (Please note: Any initial appointments rescheduled more than four times, regardless of the cancellation period, will lose the appointment, and possible future bookings, with A "Gray"ceful Touch Massage)
All appointments, whether new or existing clients, must be prepaid
Online Booking: If booking online, you must prepay at the time of booking.
Over the Phone: If booking over the phone, I will email you an invoice that must be paid by 7:00pm the day before your appointment date
Appointment requests outside of normal business days or hours: If you request an appointment OUTSIDE of my normal business hours, and I approve the request, you will be charged an after hours fee of $30.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows for time to fill out your intake form if you did not fill it out prior to your appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment time at full service price. If the appointment is 15 minutes past your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show appointment.
No Shows: If you No Show once without giving me the courtesy of a follow up call, I absolutely reserve the right to pull all future booking privileges with both locations of A “Gray”ceful Touch Massage. No refund of services will be given.
Appointment Reminder Correspondence: Every client receives an email and text from my system the day before an appointment, a simple phone call, text, or email is all I ask when you’re unable to make it.
