An integrated approach to massage is a customized session that incorporates Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques to treat a range of issues.
Prenatal massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting mothers. A specially-designed cushion is used to allow Mom to lay face down while preventing pressure on the abdomen. Please note: Massage is only offered after 12 weeks of pregnancy. High risk pregnancies must have signed medical release from doctor before getting massage.
The method engages the myofascial tissue and loads it with constant force until release occurs. To achieve this, practitioners can use knuckles, elbows, or other tools to slowly stretch the restricted fascia. The practitioner moves slowly through the layers of the fascia until the deep tissues are reached.
This session is back by popular demand! Enjoy a Swedish or Deep Tissue 60 Minute session then 30 minutes of just relaxing in the room with you and the music
This 2hr Signature Massage combines Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Neuromuscular Therapy
Add-Ons are additonal services that can be incorporated in your massage service
