My interest in massage therapy began when I received my first massage from my sister, Arnesha Winters, Licensed Massage Therapist of Jacksonville, FL. From that moment, I decided that massage therapy would play a major role in my life. I began to personally study how much the benefits of massage therapy could change everyday motion and your overall attitude towards life. My studies continued when I began attending massage therapy school in 2016. 

With the education of the different aspects of massage therapy from my instructor and observing my sister, I can honestly say that I have become dedicated to massage therapy. As your massage therapist, I hope to show you how much your range of motion and every day movements can change with regular therapy. 

I have been a LMT for 7 years with a concentration in Pain & Postural Management. 

My current areas of education include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports (Team and Individual), Table & Floor Thai, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Arthrossage, Lymphatic Drainage, and Prenatal massage.
